I Design Day 2050
Industrial Design is a strategic problem-solving process that drives innovation, builds business success, and leads to a better quality of life through innovative products, systems, services, and experiences.
This definition was officially adopted during the 29th Congress of the World Design Organization, with the support of which the National Center for Industrial Design and Innovation 2050.LAB presents Design Day 2050 - an event that will become part of the annual celebration of the International Industrial Design Day on June 29.
On this very day, together with you, we want to make sure once again that design inspires society, promotes progress and unites creative ideas. The main theme of the event is "The ecosystem of industrial design in the digital age". Our goal is to show the potential of industrial design for improving society. We hope to build an effective and dynamic platform that would support and promote the design movement as a whole.
The Design Day 2050 will see the launch of the Russian Generative Design Competition, the release of the unique study on industrial design trends, and a master class on generative design from Autodesk.
We would like to invite industry experts, heads of innovative industrial companies, state and public organizations, university representatives and industrial design enthusiasts to join the conversation about the present and future of design in Russia and the world.
